Strong performance for Energy Solutions
Energy Solutions, designer, manufacturer and supplier of complete power and monitoring systems for marine and other markets, has announced it is starting the New Year with a positive and busy £1.2m order book, having finished 2018 with a 26 per cent increase in turnover – up to £5.3m.
Paul Holland, the company’s MD, states: “We have seen significant growth across our core market sectors of marine, off grid and automotive, which has come from our existing client base; and also from exciting developments with our range of hybrid power units. We are already exporting to locations are far-reaching as the Ascension Islands, and we foresee considerable growth in standalone hybrid power systems worldwide over the next few years.
“Moving forward the business is looking to further expand both through organic growth and acquisition. The growth will allow each of the market sectors to enjoy enhanced efficiencies; a broader customer base and the financial capacity to expand their engineering capabilities and own product base further.
“I am confident that Energy Solutions has the perfect foundations to expand over the next three years. In particular, our 22 years of experience in the marine power and electrical market means we are perfectly positioned to take on more work with businesses looking for high-quality British engineering design and build capabilities. We already supply our Engineering services to clients in Turkey, France, Canada and the USA, as well as many UK OEMs.
